Hi! we are subletting our flat for a bit more than 3 weeks from the 15th of March until the 7th of April. It's 60 sqm, top floor of a 13 story building with an amazing view over the south of Berlin. there's all of the kitchen equipment you need and a washing machinetumble dryer.

It has a long balcony going from one end to the other. Due to it's orientation the sun will shine through the flat during it's whole shift :). There is one Big desk in the living area and a smaller one in the bedroom (it can be removed upon request).

It is situated 10 min (by feet) south from checkpoint Charlie and has 3 Ubahn station at 5 min or less walk. (Hallesches Tor Station is literally 1 min away and will take you across Kreuzberg to the Warschauerstrasse in 10 min). The neighbourhood itself is great. There is a Späti inside the building itself and supermarkets (Biomarkt, Edeka, Rewe) 10 mins walk away. Ten minutes walk away there's a long street with a lot of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops and the world's first and most famous Kebab place is on the way there. ps: of course all of the music equipment and acoustic foam will be removed.
