Wir vermieten unsere geliebte Wohnung im Gartenhaus im Graefekiez und wünschen uns jemanden, der gut auf sie aufpasst und sich hier wohl fühlt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett von 1,60 m Breite und ein Gästezimmer oder Arbeitszimmer. Zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer habe wir den Großteil der Wand entfernt, sodass eine schöne offene Wohnküche entstanden ist. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auf den Balkon, von dem aus man auf einen großen Gartenbereich ins Grüne blickt. Hier wohnen auch Hühner und Hasen und man genießt das entschleunigte Gefühl vom Lande mitten in der pulsierenden Großstadt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit einem Elektroherd, Ofen etc. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Waschmaschine steht dort. Die Wohnung ist am besten für ein Pärchen, da die beiden Zimmer unterschiedlich groß sind.

We sublet our beloved apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg and are looking for someone who will take good care it it and will feel at home here! There is one sleeping room with a big beg and a guest room / office. We knocked down the wall between kitchen and living room to create an open living space. From the living room you can get on the balcony overlooking the green garden area behind the house where chicken and rabbits found a home. This gives you the feeling of the peaceful living in the country-side rather than being in the heart of this racing city! In fact, ihe entire apartment you don´t hear the outside city. The kitchen has all you need – stove, oven, etc. The bath has a bath tub and the washing machine. The apartment is best suited for couples as the two rooms vary in size as you can see on the pictures.
