Ein großes Zimmer und ein kleines Durchganszimmer im EG, Hinterhaus, also nicht hell. Sehr ruhig. Altbau ohne Luxus, die Wohnung hat nur einfache Ausstattung, aber alles nötige (Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank) ist vorhanden. Auf Wunsch können auch einige alte Möbel von mir weiter genutzt werden: Schreibtisch, Stühle, Bücherschrank, Regale, Kommode, Couch, Couchtisch, Sessel, Bett, ich kann die Möbel aber auch entfernen. Derzeit ist die Dusche undicht, man muss nach dem Duschen drunter aufwischen, und es hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Der Vermieter hat versprochen, das nach Ostern in Ordnung bringen zu lassen.
One large Room and a small room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is on the ground floor and doesn't get a lot of sunlight. Very quiet. No luxuries, but I can leave some old furniture for you to use, if you want it. Currently, there is some leakage going on under the shower that has to be wiped down after every use, and mold has formed under the shower. The landlord has promised to get it fixed after Easter.
Sehr gute Lage, ruhige Straße, viele Restaurants, Cafés, Einzelhandel gleich um die Ecke, keine 5 Minuten zum U-Bhf Südstern und Volkspark Hasenheide.
Great location, quiet street with lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Five minutes walk to Volkspark Hasenheide, ten minutes to Landwehrkanal.
Mit "1500 Kaution" meine ich, dass ich die Miete für die ganzen drei Monate lieber komplett im voraus hätte. Ich denke, das ist einfacher als Einkommensnachweis etc. (Nicht Kaution zusätzlich zur Miete.)
Bitte nicht vergessen: Strom und evtl. DSL sind wie üblich nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und müssten selbst mit dem gewünschten Versorger abgerechnet werden. Und GEZ.
By "1500 Kaution" i mean I'd prefer all three months rent in advance. It's not in addition to the rent.Please be aware that you'd also need to get your own electricity and internet contracts. I can help if you don't know how to do that.(Water and heating are included in the Nebenkosten.) "Anmeldung" is of course possible if you want it, but it's not required for only three months.
