Die Wohnung wird natürlich voll eingerichtet und möbliert vermietet. Ihr könnt also Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Spülmaschine, super Kaffeemaschine usw. alles nutzen.

We are subletting our 3-room family flat in July (for one month or more). Located on the 3rd floor, 95sqm & a balcony. You'll have 2 bedrooms with big beds, one big living room / kitchen combination and a bathroom.
The flat is fully furnitured. You can use our equipment, an e-piano and even a bike, if you wish so.
Die Wohnung liegt im interessanten Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, mit vielen süßen Lädchen, Bars und Cafés. Unweit vom Kanal, Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld. Haltestellen der U7 und U8, und die Bushaltestelle des M41 (20min zum HBF) erreicht ihr zu Fuß in weniger als 10min.

Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine WG, für Paare oder eine kleine Familie (Spielplätze gibt’s mehrere um die Ecke). Wir vermieten für 4-6 Wochen, je nachdem, was ihr sucht. In der Warmmiete ist alles enthalten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, Möbelnutzung, Fernseher mit Netflix etc.).
