I sublet my beautiful flat in Kreuzberg for 6 month. It is right next to the canal and the famous Admiralbrücke. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and newly renovated with everything you need. In the morning the sun is shining into the kitchen while in the noon and evening the whole flat is sun-flooded. WLAN is of course available.
Its my personal happy place, in the middle of lively kreuzberg. I’m looking for a calm and friendly person/couple who will take care of the place and have a happy time here!
The flat is located in the heart of Kreuzberg. There is a big flowered place in front of the house, no street directly in front of the house. The area of Greafekiez is full of cafes, restaurants and bars. You can reach U-Schönleinstraße/U-Südstern/U-Kottbusser Tor in a few walking minutes. U could also use my bike while I am away.
Please notice that this is only a flat sublet for six month. The costs are 1200 Euros per month and 1000 Euros deposit.
The neighborhood is friendly and calm. Its not a party place.
The apartment is for one or two persons, WG is not possible (there is only one big bed). Registration/Anmeldung is also not possible.
