I'm heading back to the UK for the summer and can offer my precious 3 room altbau in Bergmannkiez. High ceilings, wooden floors and a newly fitted kitchen. Some nice plants!
It's 77m, with one main bedroom, a large living room and a small guest room. Also has a kitchen and bathroom with bath. It would be ideal for a couple or a single.
It's available from June 18th until September 15th. It's €1220/month, all bills included. So €3600 in total. I'll also ask for a €500 deposit.
I'm looking for a respectful tenant who will enjoy being harmonious with the apartment and plants :) It's a really peaceful and pleasant space. So should be the perfect place for someone to enjoy a Berlin summer.

Es ist 77m, mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem kleinen Gästezimmer. Hat auch eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Gut geeignet für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson.
Es ist vom 18. Juni bis zum 15. September verfügbar. Es kostet €1220/Monat, alle Rechnungen inklusive. Also insgesamt €3600. Ich bitte auch um eine Kaution von 500 €.
Ich suche einen respektvollen Mieter, der gerne mit der Wohnung und den Pflanzen harmoniert :) Es ist ein wirklich friedlicher und angenehmer Raum. So sollte der perfekte Ort für jemanden sein, um einen Berliner Sommer zu genießen.
