Schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Bergmannkiez (Zossener Str.) ab 1.10.! Ca. 64 qm, Zentralheizung, Laminat, Balkon, EBK, Wannenbad, Neubau, 5.OG mit Fahrstuhl, Keller, sehr nette Nachbarn, super Verkehrsanbindung (U Gneisenaustr. vor der Tür, kurzer Fußweg zum U Hallesches Tor), hervorragende Infrastruktur. Wohnung ist ideal für Pärchen, aber auch WG-geeignet, allerdings ist ein Zimmer größer als das andere und hat einen großen Balkon, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung ist nur mit einem WBS zu haben, was allerdings relativ unproblematisch ist. Derzeitige Miete beträgt ca. 535 € warm, kann sich aber evtl. ändern, weil die Hausverwaltung grad gewechselt hat.

Besichtigungstermin: Freitag, 21.9. von 15.30-18 Uhr (Einfach vorbei kommen und bei Grunke/Mellahn klingeln).
