Hey!
My boyfriend and I are going on a holiday from Sept 21st until October 14th and would like to sublet our flat during that time.
We’re subletting it mostly for the reason that we have a cat that needs to be taken care of while we’re away. Since we’re away for more than 3 weeks we prefer someone living with him for that time, rather than having a cat sitter coming over for only twice a day.
The apartment has two rooms, a spacious kitchen with a lot of cooking equipment, a rather small but pretty and modernized bathroom and a balcony that opens from the bedroom out to the green and enchanted backyard. It is perfect for 1 Person or a couple. You can also use our bikes if you want to. The building even offers a green backyard.
Giovanni is a Russian Blue and he is the sweetest cat. He likes to cuddle a lot, is very prudent (never has he ever even tipped a glass over), smart and yet friendly to strangers. He’s mostly an indoor cat but likes to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. He is active in the morning and at night and lazy during midday.
Since it is very important to us that Giovanni is in good hands while we’re away we’re only charging a small rent (and deposit) for that time in exchange for you sitting him (We actually pay 1200 € / month, so 3 weeks would actually be about 900€). But nevertheless, our flat is a perfect place to stay in Berlin for itself: Located in the heart of Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg, between Schlesisches Tor and Görlitzer Park, you’re right in the middle of Berlin’s prettiest and liveliest borough, with many cafés, bars, clubs, the Spree and the Landwehrkanal in walking distance. But still, if you need a break from the buzzling city life, no worries: the flat is very quiet since it is in the rear building.
