Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gehen zur Straße, die Küche zum Hof. Vom Flur/ Eingangsbereich gelangt man in alle Zimmer, sowie Küche & Bad. Wohn-und Schlafzimmer sind zusätzlich durch eine Tür verbunden. Die Wohnung hat in beiden Zimmern abgezogene Holzdielen, in der Küche Linoleumfußboden.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und Elektrobackofen, sowie Spülmaschine komplett ausgestattet und wurde 2022 neu eingebaut.

From the hallway / entrance area you can get to all rooms, as well as kitchen & bathroom. Living room and bedroom are additionally connected by a door. The apartment has stripped wooden floorboards in both rooms, linoleum flooring in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and electric oven, as well as dishwasher and was newly installed in 2022.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es gute Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Supermärkte, sowie kleine Mode- und Schmuckgeschäfte. Der Graefekiez ist belebt, aber nicht so laut, dass die Nachtruhe gestört wird.
Die U-Bahnhöfe Schönleinstraße, Kottbusser Tor und Südstern sind in 5-7min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Du könntest auch ein Fahrrad für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts leihen.
Right outside the door there are good restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, as well as small fashion and jewelry stores. The Graefekiez is lively, but not so noisy as to disturb the night's rest.
The subway stations Schönleinstraße, Kottbusser Tor and Südstern are within 5-7min walking distance.
You could also borrow a bike for the time of your stay.
