Furnitured Luxury 3 Room Appartment for Singles or a couple

We are traveling from October for at least 6 months so we would rent out our fully furnitured apartment during this time.

Its a very bright and beautiful 3 Room Apartment in Kreuzberg, fully renovated not even 1 year ago.
The Apartment is located between Görlitzer Park and the water and is a quiet area, even tho all kinds of bars and restaurant are just around the corner. We have a Piano, a rainshowerhead, real wooden floor, a dry basement, a bike room in the back of the house and there is space to park your car in the backyard. We have a fully equipped Kitchen, a big office room, a sleeping room and a living room + 1,5 Bathrooms.
You will find everything you need, a comfy bed, wash mashine, a tumbler, TV, Playstation 5, WLAN, TV in the Bedroom and if you want you can also take over our cleaning person who is coming once a week for 50€ to do the general cleaning.

The Appartment is in a perfect condition and there is also our high end furniture, so we will require a 9000€ Kaution and only rent out to mature singles or couples that makes a good impression and gives us a save feeling when leaving them with all our cloths. NO WGs!

Our current rent is actually 2950€ +120€ for Electricity and WiFi, so we are not willing to give any more Discount since we are already at a loss.

There is an absolute 0 tolerance for Partys, Pets and Smoking inside the Apartment.
