For 15 days the entire flat is for you and for 15 days the entire flat is for me. The total price of the flat is 1300 euros, so you'll pay half of it, 650 euros. We can arrange the dates together. This is not a shared flat proposal.

🟥 ABOUT THE FLAT:
- 74 sq meters. Super large living room to host your friends, super cozy sleeping corner, large wooden table to work, convenient open kitchen.
- It's a furnished flat washing machine, dishwasher, wooden table, bed, sofa, etc.
- Balcony & sun all-day
- 3rd floor with elevator

🟥 ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- Closest S-bahn: U Görlitzer Bahnhof & U Schönleinstraß and Bus M29
- At the left of the street, you have the park Görlitzer (1 min walk) and at its right, the Canal (4 min walk)
- Bakery La Maison isin the same street, so wonderful brunches ahead.
- Some cute bars and small restaurants nearby

🟥 PRICE: 650 Euros all included (wifi, electricity, water) for half the month (15 days per month).

🟥 MUST KNOW:
1. The bedroom, in the courtyard, is very quiet and faces an office, so nobody’s here at night.
