Hi,
The apartment is located pretty much in the center of Berlin near the Gleisdreieck Park which is on the border of Schöneberg/Kreuzberg. It has many public transportations within short distance (3 min) and multiple shopping options which are not located too far away as well (e.g supermarket ~ 7 min).
I would guess that the house is from the 70-80's and from the architecture point of view unfortunately not the nicest. However, the apartment is very bright, has a nice balcony and a good view. I would also say that the it feels bigger as it has a combined kitchen and living room.
I am renting this place with all my furniture and everything needed for living, as my plan is to leave Berlin for only 3 month.
