Ich biete meine hübsche 65qm Dachgeschoss Wohnung (vollmöbliert) in den Monaten Okt. - März zur Zwischenmiete an.
Schlaf.- Wohn.- Abstellzimmer, Essbereich, Küche, Bad, Balkon
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wi-Fi, Ferni. Alles da was man brauchen kann, ebenso ein kleiner Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch.
Einzige Aufgabe: Pflanzen gießen (insbesondere die Blaubeeren und Maracuja) :)
Bilder, Kennenlernen, besichtigen gern auf Anfrage, kann alles eingerichtet werden.

Die Wohnung ist nahe S-Bhf Lankwitz, fast schon im grünen, trotzdem seid Ihr mit der S-Bahn in 15min am Potsdamer Platz. Schwimmbad, Eisbahn, Supermärkte alles in unmittelbarer Nähe....
nur kein Späti, ist ja auch nicht Friedrichshain oder Wedding, dafür braucht man nach dem Kino (Thalia Berlin) gerade einmal 3min bis zur Bettkante und mit dem X83 ist man nach nur 2 Stationen in Windeseile am Rathaus Steglitz.
Ihr würdet im etwas ruhigeren Süden wohnen, nette Nachbarn, alles ein wenig easier.
Die Wohnung ist eher Pärchen denn WG geeignet mit dem einzelnen Schlaf- und dem Abstellzimmer.
