Die Wohnung ist ab 16. Juni bis zum 22 Juli 2021 frei. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, renoviert und hat 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell und ist sehr bequem für das Home Office (Große Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Drucker und Bildschirm sind dabei). Es gibt WLAN, Fernseher, Bett, Garderobe. Das Balkon ist auch möbliert.

Due to my five weeks long absence, I am searching for a person (or 2 people) who would like to live in my apartment in this period.
The apartment is free from 16. June till 22 July 2021. The apartment is fully furnished, renovated and has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.
The entire apartment is very bright and comfortable for working from home (it is equipped the a big table, chair, printer/copier/scanner and a monitor). WLAN, Televesion, Bed and a wardrobe are also available. The balcony is also furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine ruhige Lage und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Postamt und Banken befinden sich in der Nähe. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 4 Minuten entfernt und die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and grocery stores, a post office and banks are located nearby. The nearest bus stop is 4 mins away and the s-bahn stop is 15 mins away by foot and 5 mins away by bike.
