Beautiful flat with terrace and view into nature

Renting out my beautiful flat from April 2023 till April 2024 in Berlin.

It is a 1.5-room flat (open space), 45 m2 with the terrace located in Berlin-Lichtenberg (very close to Berlin-Friedrichshain).
You will reach Alexanderplatz in 30 Minutes by bike or public transport. 10 minutes away on foot is public transport. In 15 minutes on bike you will get to Berlin-Friedrichshain (fancier place with bars, cafes, restaurants...). I recommend you get a bike to get around.

I am looking for someone who will take good care of my beloved flat. Ideal place for 1 person. The flat suits a person who works remotely and needs a lot of quiet after work and while working. It is possible to stay longer if you like it and if you keep the place in excellent shape. The flat feels like being on vacation - a lot of nature, quietness, a huge park nearby for sports activities...

Anmeldung is possible.

Ich möchte meine wunderschöne Wohnung von April 2023 bis April 2024 in Berlin untermieten.

Es handelt sich um eine 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (offener Raum), 45 m2 groß mit einer Terrasse in Berlin-Lichtenberg (in der Nähe von Berlin-Friedrichshain). Du kannst Alexanderplatz mit dem Fahrrad oder im öffentlichen Verkehr in 30 Minuten erreichen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist eine Bushaltestelle. In 15 Minuten kannst du mit dem Fahrrad in Berlin-Friedrichshain (ein populärer Stadtteil mit vielen Bars, Cafes, Restaurants...) sein. Ich empfehle ein Fahrrad.

Ich suche nach jemandem, der sich um meine Lieblingswohnung sehr gut kümmern kann. Ideale Wohnung für 1 Person. Die Wohnung passt gut zu einer Person, die von zu Hause arbeitet und viel Ruhe während und nach ihrer Arbeit braucht. Es ist möglich auch länger zu bleiben, wenn Du die Wohnung in einem hervorragenden Zustand hinterlässt. Die Wohnung fühlt sich an wie im Urlaub zu sein - viel Natur, Ruhe, große Parkgelände für Sportaktivitäten...

Anmeldung ist möglich.
