3 Zimmer Möblierte Wohnung (8 Juli - 12 August)

The apartment features 3 rooms – 2 bedrooms (1 is an office with day bed), a living room, kitchen and large bathroom with washing and drying machine and a bathtub along with a large rooftop terrace. Cost includes all utilities of the flat.

We are looking to rent for the month of July and partially August.

In addition to being fully furnished the apartment includes:
- Skyline view of the city from our rooftop terrace
- Washer and dryer
- TV
- High-speed Wifi
- Dish washer
- Shower and bathtub
- Full rooftop terrace with sofabed along with loungers and table and chairs
- Workstation

Important house rules:
Pets: Not allowed
Cleaning Policy: Price includes a cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

No house parties: This is our only home so please make sure that you treat it with love and don’t throw parties.

Plant watering: Our home has tons of plants so they need a bit of water every week in the summer sun.

Dates are flexible if you'd prefer to start mid-July, for example, until mid-August.
