ich vermiete kurzfristig (Zwischenmiete) meine sehr helle, ca. 49 qm große, im 10. OG, möbilierte zwei Zimmer Studentenwohnheim Wohnung. Es gibt ein privates und ein Durchgangszimmer welches zum Flur, zur Küche und zum Badezimmer hinführt. Es gibt auch ein großen Balkon. In den Zimmern befinden sich große Fenster, mit jeweils einem kleinem Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Buchregal und einem Schreibtisch. Ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit zwei Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank, Schränken und einem kleinem Backofen ausgestattet und das Badezimmer mit einer Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem S-Bhf Nöldnerplatz und U-Bhf Magdalenen Strasse, welche in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar sind. Es gibt einen Aldi der in 5 Minuten und einen Kaisers der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es wird nur ein Schlüssel ausgegeben, kein Briefkastenschlüssel und dadurch dass die Wohnung nicht WG geeignet ist lohnt es sich am meisten für Singles oder Paare. Die Wohnung wird vom 15.07 – 29.08 für den Betrag von 660 Euro vermietet. Die Kaution ist 150 Euro.

Hi, I am renting a very light, approx. 49 m2 big, furnished 2 room student apartment on the 10th floor. There is one private and one walkthrough room which leads to the floor, kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a big balcony. In both rooms there are big windows. In each room there is a bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and a desk. Also a TV is provided. The kitchen is equipped with two stove tops, a fridge, cupboards and an oven and the bathroom is with shower.
The place is between S-Bhf Nöldnerplatz und U-Bhf Magdalenen Strasse. You can walk to any of them in less than 10 minutes. Also there is an Aldi in 5 min distance and a Kaisers in 10 min distance. There is one key for the place and no key is provided for the post box. Since the place is not suitable to set up a flat-sharing, it is better for a couple or singles. The apartment is rented between 15.07 – 29.08 for the total amount of 660 Euro. The deposit is 150 Euro.
The viewing is on Tuesday, the 10th of July between 16:00-20:00. Please call me for an appointment.
