I'm going away for a bit and would like to offer my home for rent for this while :) The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a standing shower, a living room with a couch and a sofa bed that sleeps 2, and a spacious comfortable mezzanine bedroom area built into the living room with a king sized bed. There is lots of storage space, plenty of drawers.
Kitchen comes fully equipt with glasses, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, oven.. everything you need.
-Duvets and towels provided according to the number of guests stated.
-Unfortunately there is currently no internet
-Rewe in walking distance
-No washing machine either but there is a launderette just round the corner
The nearest station is Nöldnerplatz S bahn station less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. From here it is a 4 minute train to the excellent Friedrichshain area (Warshauer Strasse station), and 2 minute and 10 minute train to the well connected Ostkreutz station, and Berlin Centre, Alexanderplatz station respectively. It is very easy to get around Berlin from here.
I ask that you please treat the house nicely and look after it. There are enough parties going on in berlin all the time to need to throw one in the house.
And do NOT lose the keys!!!! Very important!!
