Hi, ich vermiete meine Wohnung für fünf Monate unter. Die Wohnung ist ca. 37 qm groß und hat zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt in der Giselastraße 13 in Berlin Lichtenberg und ist Verkehrstechnisch super angebunden. Man ist schnell am Ostkreutz, von wo man problemlos überall hin kommt. Die Wohnung kostet mit Internet und allem drum und dran 450€ und ich möchte eine Kaution von 900€ haben, da auch einige Sachen wie Bett und Couch in der Wohnung bleiben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Berlin, hat aber eine sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV (S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, S5,S7,S75). Es gibt einen Späti gleich um die Ecke und REWE, LiDL, Aldi, KAufland... sind innerhalb von 5-10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
Im Haus selber wohnt eine bunte Mischung von Menschen, vom Rentner bis zum Arbeiter ist alles dabei. Ich habe in zwei Jahren, die ich in dieser Wohnung wohne, noch keine Probleme mit den anderen Mietern gehabt!
