Wir machen einen Urlaub und möchten unsere Wohnung für ein Monat vermieten.
Die Miete kostet 400Euro warm, und 400Euro Kaution.
Die 20 Jahre alt Wohnung ist in 3. Etage, keine Aufzug. Es hat 1 Wohnzimmer (Einzelbett, Sofa, TV, Regal), 1 Schlafzimmer (Kleiderschrank, Doppelbett, Tisch), 1 Küche (Gasherd, Kühlschrank), 1 Badezimmer (Badewanne, Waschmachine). Wie die Wohnung, die Möblierung ist auch schon alt und einfach. Der Zwischenmieter soll unsere Sachen gut bewahren (Es ist nicht viel und kein Wertsachen).
Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von S und U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee entfernt, Supermärkte, Banken und Shoppen sind ganz nah zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wohnungsbesichtigung nach Anmeldung am 24.03 ab 15Uhr oder 25.03 und ihr kann danach gleich einziehen. Zur Not kann ich auch ein Besichtigungstermin am 26.03 vereinbaren.

We are on vacation and would like to rent out appartment for a month.
The total cost would be 400Euro (everything included) and 400Euro deposit.
The 20yo appartment locates on the 3th floor, no lift available. It consists of 1 living room (1 single bed, Sofa, TV), 1 Bedroom (Wardrobe, Double bed, Table), 1 Kitchen (gas cooker, fridge), 1 Bathroom (Bathtub, wasching machine). Just like the appartment, the furniture is also old and simple. We hope that you could take care of our belongings (There is not much and no valueable).
The appartment locates in the heart of Berlin with only 3 minutes to S + U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee, Supermarkts, Banks and shopping central are all within 5 minutes walking.
A viewing could be arranged on 24th March from 15h or 25th March and you could move in immediatly after that. I will also try to arrange some time on the 26th if you wished.
