We are renting our apartment in Berlin between the 22.12 and 03.01.. The apartment is 70qm in total and fully furnished, with a 160cm bed and another 120cm bed, a sofa, small desk table and wardrobe. All amenities such as bathroom (shower/bathtube) and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet/WLAN are available and included into the rent. The room can be rented for the complete period (280 EUR) or on a daily (30 EUR) basis, all costs included. We’d like to have a caution of 120 EURO though. :-)

Wir vermieten unsere sanierte Altbau-Wohnung (Holzdielen + hohe Decken) vom 12.05. bis zum 22.05. Die Wohnung ist 70 m² groß und voll möbeliert. Hierzu gehören zwei Schlafzimmer (inkl. Couch + Fernseher, Schreibtisch), Küche (Spüle, Herd, Tisch, Ofen), Badezimmer (Badewanne, Toilette, Waschmaschine) Internet/Wlan ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung kann für den kompletten Zeitraum (280 Euro) oder für 30 Euro pro Nacht gemietet werden. Eine Kaution von 120 Euro ist jedoch Voraussetzung, diese wird selbstverständlich direkt nach ordnungsgemäßer Übernahme wieder ausgezahlt.

The appartment is located in Lichtenberg close to Friedrichshain and the Ostkreuz in the so-called "Kaskelkiez". There is great access to public transport with S-train stations Noeldnerplatz and Ostkreuz in walking distance.
Clubs like: Sisyphos, Kosmonaut, VOID and Rummelsbucht are just some walking minutes to go. The Warschauer-Straße – Berlin’s headquarter to party – is also just 10 minutes to drive with the S-Bahn.
GER:
Unsere Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich nur ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Sbhf-Nöldnerplatz entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Da wir im Hinterhaus wohnen und sich hinter unserem Haus ein Spiel- und Fußballplatz befinden – man bleibt also vom nervigen Straßenlärm verschont.
Clubs wie: Sisyphos, Kosmonaut, VOID und Rummelsbucht sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Warschauer-Straße und dem RAW-Gelände sind es mit der Bahn auch gerade mal 10 Minuten.
