Die Wohung befindet sich im 1. OG eines 2014 fertig gestellten Neubaus zwischen Weitlingstraße und S-Bhf Nöldnerplatz. Ich wohne hier sehr gerne und vermiete die Wohung möbiliert exklusive Bett.
Ich suche Nachmieter die pfleglich mit der Wohnung umgehen und mindestens bis 30.06.2017 bleiben möchten. Über eine Verlängerung darüber hinaus können wir gerne persönlich reden.

The flat is on the first floor of a newly built house from 2014 nearby S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz. The appartment will be rent furnished(without a bed though) and the contract should run at least until late June 2017. I am happy to discuss an extension of course :)
