Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und noch sehr neu, dementsprechend neu ist auch die Möblierung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was ein funktionierender Haushalt bieten sollte. Die Wohnung ist schön lichtdurchflutet!
Mir ist es dabei sehr wichtig, dass mit meinen Sachen gut umgegangen wird, daher auch die "hohe" Kautionszahlung. Bestenfalls lerne ich dich/ euch davor kennen.
The flat is beautiful and really new. I just moved in here so also my furniture is pretty new. It’s very important to me that you’ll take care of it.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im östlichen Teil Berlins. Alles befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür und zur U Magdalenenstraße und S+U Lichtenberg braucht man ca. 4 Minuten. Ein Lidl ist auch in 2 Minuten erreich und eine Apotheke, Späte und ein guten Döner findest du auch direkt an der Frankfurter Allee.
Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Da ich für 3 Wochen in die USA fliege, vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter. Ich bin vom 17.10-6.11. weg, wenn dir das zeitlich besser passt, können wir die Daten gerne anpassen (und dann natürlich auch die Kosten), da ich Familie und Freunde in Berlin habe, ist das kein Problem.
Ich würde alle meine Sachen aus Schränken und Kleiderstange nehmen, so dass genug Platz für deine Sachen bleibt. Gerne kann die Wohnung in der Zeit auch zu zweit bewohnt werden, dann würde ich nur die Betriebskosten anpassen.
