Hallo!
We'll be out of Berlin for 2 weeks and will sublet our apartment in Lichtenberg (Nöldnerplatz). You will find the S-Bahn station at a 5min walking distance and from there, you'll need 2 min to reach Ostkreuz and 10min to reach Alexanderplatz. Neukölln and Kreuzberg are also super easily reachable by bus or bike. The area is very quiet, and the whole apartment is south facing = plenty of light during the day. Located on the 3rd floor, it includes a kitchen with a washing machine, a living room with balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. It's suitable for one or two persons.

You can find a bakery and a Späti at 3 min walking distance.
The beautiful Rummelsburger See is just around the corner and Weitlingkiez is full of little shops and facilities.
The apartment is NOT suitable for party people.
If you are in a party mood, lots of clubs are in the area and easily reachable.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but the balcony is a perfect place to sit and have a smoke.
For safety reasons all windows should be closed when living the apartment. And of course, lights and water should be turned off when not in use.
We are aware that our price is below the current market prices, as we would need you to water the plants at least once a week. Also, we moved in not so long ago, some areas of the apartment still need to be organized.
And of course, we would like you to give us back the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
We will take a picture of your passport to avoid any issue with illegal download.
