Unsere Wohnung ist für 4 Monate zu vermieten, vom 1.09.19 bis 01.01.2020, da mein Freund, unsere Tochter und ich ein Auslandsemester machen. Wir möchten sie daher gerne in dieser Zeit an liebe Menschen untervermieten. Da ich sehr viel selber in der Wohnung gemacht und gebaut habe, ist es mir sehr wichtig das ich die Wohnung in gute Hände gebe.
Die Altbauwohnung ist ungefähr 75 qm groß. Besteht aus einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer (+ Flur und Badezimmer mit Badewanne).
Der Preis beträgt 980 Euro Warmmiete pro Monat (inklusive Wlan, Strom und Gas)
Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (warm) in Höhe von 980€
Alle Babysachen werden natürlich entfernt. Die Wohnung ist möbliert vermietet.

2-room apartment for rent from 01.09.19-01.01.2020 in Victoriakiez
Our apartment is for rent for 4 months, from 1.09.19 to 31.12.19 because my boyfriend, our daughter and I are doing a semester abroad. Therefore we would like to rent our flat to awesome people during this time. We did a lot of things in the apartment ourselves so it is important to us the place is treated well and with care.
The living space is about 75 square meters. It consists of a comfortable kitchen, a bedroom and a living room (+ hall and bathroom with bathtub).
The price is 980 Euro warm rent per month (including WIFI, electricity and gas).
The deposit is a monthly rent (warm) of 980€.
All baby things will be removed of course. The apartment is furnished for rent. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Pfarrstaße im ruhigen Victoriakiez, nahe S-Bahn Station Nöldnerplatz. Auch das Ostkreuz ist in ca 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Spazieren gehen kann man wunderschöne an der Rummelsburgerbucht, die in ca 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Einkaufen kann man eine Querstraße weiter im Wurzelwerk, unser kleiner Kiezbioladen oder bei Netto, Kaufland oder Rewe (ca 10 min zu Fuß).

The apartment is located in the Pfarrstaße in the quiet Victoriakiez, near S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz. The Ostkreuz can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. You can go for a walk at the beautiful Rummelsburgerbucht which can also be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
You can go shopping just around the corner in Wurzelwerk, our local bio shop or at Netto, Kaufland or Rewe (all approx. 5-10 min walk).
