A luxury one bedroom one bathroom apartment set within this newly refurbished building on the doorstep of the dynamic district Lichtenberg. Just a few steps away from a bus stop or the Lichtenberger train station with direct trains and subways to the city center of Berlin.
Comprising an intelligently designed open living area with large windows. A nice and sunny kitchen with integrated oven, dish washer and refrigerator. The bedroom with full height wardrobes and a king size bed (box spring bed). The bathroom is elegant and stylish including a washing machine, a shower as well as bathtub.
In my opinion a perfect location to discover the city or travelling to work. The bus stop is first minute away connecting you to the Lichtenberger train station. If you do not like the bus, the train station is just a 5 minutes’ walk away.
The Lichtenberger train station connects you perfectly to all central points in the city center. Here, the main and central train line connects you with Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, Ostkreuz or the western part of the city. In addition, the train station offers also a tube connection to Alexanderplatz via Frankfurter Allee.
The area of Weitlingkiez offers all things you need for your life. Next to the apartment you find supermarkets like Rewe, Kaufland or Lidl. In addition a lot of restaurants and smaller food stores like the famous Berlin Currywurst or Döner. Restaurants are focused on German, Italian, Mexican, Indian and Thai cuisine.
If you like to go out, there are snooker bars or normal bards located around but not directly next to the apartment. However, also the famous Kreuzberg or Friedrichhain is just a few minutes away via train.
The best thing on Lichtenberg is that you are in the middle of the normal Berlin life. Not focused on tourism or sightseeing but focused on little bars, restaurants and parks as well as the zoo.
The apartment is perfectly equipped for two person but also single travelers will enjoy to stay here. You have all things you need in your daily life. In addition, we offer free a dish washer, a washing machine and high speed Wi-Fi.
All things are included in the daily / monthly costs.

The total costs will be 850€ per month including all things mentioned above. In addition, we require a 500€ deposit which you will get back as soon as you move out and everything is okay. The apartment can be rent within the period the 31st of Mai 2020 till 25th of June 2020. Any shorter renting might be possible. The total rent for the whole period is 850€.
