The duplex apartment is located in 2.+3. OG. It is equipped with 4 rooms and a gallery. 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. A large bedroom with adjacent office is on the 3rd floor. A smaller bedroom with a sofa bed of 160cm width, wardrobe and integrated working area in the 2nd floor. Both floors have their own toilet and sink. The shower/bath is only in the 3rd floor. The kitchens, living and dining area are open. There are two entrances, so that the apartment can also be accessed via the hallway. The large window fronts overlooking the balcony and green courtyards are (as I find) a highlight.

Vorab: die Gesamtkosten der Wohnung belaufen sich bei Komplettübernahme (bis zu 4 Personen) Einzelne Zimme/Bereiche können aber auch abgeteilt werden und an 1-2 Personen abgegeben werden. Die Laufzeit ist verhandelbar und kann bis 10.2026 andauern.

Die Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich im 2.+3. OG. Sie ist ausgestattet mit 4 Zimmern und einer Galerie. 2 Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem eigenen Büro ist in der 3. Etage. Ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch von 160cm Breite, Kleiderschrank und integrierter Arbeitszone im 2. OG. Beide Etagen besitzen eigene WC und Waschbecken. Die Dusche/Wanne ist nur im 3.OG. Der Küchen, Wohn- und Essbereich sind offen gestaltet. Es existieren zwei Eingänge, sodass die Wohnung über den Hausflur auch barrierefrei betreten werden könnte. Die großen Fensterfronten mit Blick auf den Balkon und begrünte Innenhöfe sind (wie ich finde) ein Highlight.
