Die Wohnung ist im 3. und letzte OG. Sie liegt am Mariendorfer Damm und hat deshalb sehr gute Verbindungen. Trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig, alle Fenstern sind isoliert und das Schafzimmer selbst liegt Richtung Hof. EBK mit Gasherd, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Badeszimmer mit grosser Badewanne. Sehr hell und mit höhen Decken. Die Wohnung wird ohne Möbel vermietet ! Wenn Interesse besteht, verkaufe ich einen Teil meiner Möbeln. Liste nach Anfrage.
Die Wohnung liegt 4´ von Westphalweg (U6). Die U6 fährt oft und in 25´ ist man in Friedrichstrasse. Bus no. 282 fährt nach Steiglitz. Es ist ein Wohnbezirk, in dem viele Geschäfte sind, es ist deshalb ziemlich belebt am Tag und sehr ruhig Nachts. Auf dem Weg vom Metro nach Hause sind Edeka und Rossmann, um der Ecke ist der schöne Mariendorf Volkspark.
Ich ziehe Ende Juli um und suche Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist in guter Zustand und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ich verkaufe einen Teil meiner Möbeln, wenn Interesse besteht. Die Verwaltung möchte keine WG und braucht die übliche Papiere für die Vermietung. Ich wohne hier seit mehr als 3 Jahren und kann die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Es ist eine angenehme Gegend, sehr praktisch, und Nachbarn sind auch gut.
