Wir suchen dringend einen Nachmieter für unsere 4 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, grünen Gegend, mit guter Anbindung, Schulen, Kitas und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gut. Egal wann man kommt, es gibt immer einen Parkplatz. Von hinten schaut man auf den Grünen Hinterhof, von vorn blickt man direkt auf die Wuhle.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Bei Interesse bitte umgehend bei mir melden.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung ( S Bahn und Bus ),
Das Eastgate ist nur 2 S Bahnstationen entfernt, desweiteren gibt es das Tal Center zum Einkaufen sowie das Plaza Marzahn. Alles ist schnell zu Fuß und auch mit Bus zu erreichen.
Nach 22 Uhr keine Anrufe mehr, jedoch ist eine SMS möglich, ich rufe dann entweder am selben Abend oder am Morgen zurü.ck. Ab 6 Uhr morgens bin ich jederzeit präsent.
