Von 10.08.23 bis 31.07.24 (max.) möchte ich gerne meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung im Herzen Berlins weiter untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Couch, Bett, Küche inkl. Kühlschrank vorhanden), siehe Fotos. Die Wohnung ist kein Ort für Parties und soll nur von dem/der/den Mietenden bewohnt werden. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet. Die Wohnung hat 2-Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer), Küche und Bad und ist ein wunderschöner Altbau mit Holzdielenboden und hohen Decken. Da das Wohnzimmer gleichzeitig Durchgang zur Küche ist, ist die Whg eigentlich am besten für einen Menschen oder ein Paar geeignet. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich, ich vermiete an maximal 2 Personen.

From 10th August 2023 until end of July 2024 (max.), I am continuing to sublet my cosy 2-room flat in the heart of Berlin. Some furniture are in the apartment (sofa, bed, kitchen with fridge), see photos. The flat is not a place for parties and should only be used by the tenant(s) to whom it is rented. Smoking is not allowed and unfortunately pets aren't either. The flat has 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen and bathroom and is a beautiful old building with a wooden floor and high ceilings. Since the living room is also the only way to the kitchen, the apartment is suited best for one person or a couple. The apartment won’t be rented to more than 2 people.
Die Lage ist super zentral in Berlin Mitte (an der Grenze zu Wedding/ Prenzlauer Berg), unweit der früheren Berliner Mauer. der Mauerpark ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man kann von der Wohnung aus einen großen Teil Berlins zu Fuß erkunden. Die U-Bahn Station Bernauer Str (U8) ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber auch die S-Bahn Nordbahnhof (10 min) oder U-Naturkundemuseum (U6, 20 min) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Rosenthaler Platz, Hackeschen Markt oder auch an der Spree. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, aber trotzdem in einer lebendigen Gegend mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (und auch Bars, Museen und Kinos). Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Apotheke, etc.) ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The location is super central in Berlin Mitte (close to Wedding/ Prenzlauer Berg), not far from the former Berlin Wall. the Mauerpark is only a 10 min walk away and you can explore a large part of Berlin by foot from the flat. The metro station Bernauer Str (U8) is only a 4-minute walk away, but you can also reach the S-Bahn Nordbahnhof (10 min) or U-Naturkundemuseum (U6, 20 min) on foot. You can quickly reach Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt or the Spree River by foot. The flat is located in a quiet street, but still in a lively area with a wide range of restaurants, café, supermarkets (and also bars, museums and cinemas). Everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) is within walking distance.
Mietpreis ist 800€ für volle Monate. Hierin sind alle Kosten erhalten (Internet, Nebenkosten, GEZ, Strom). Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 1.500€.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen werden ausschließlich am Sonntag 23.07., 18 Uhr - 19.30 Uhr durchgeführt. Bitte schreibe direkt, ob du da Zeit hast, dann weiß ich auch, ob du den Text gelesen hast :)

The rent is 800€ for the full months. This includes all costs (Wifi, GEZ, electricity, extra expenses). Additionally there is a deposit of 1.500€.
