Guten Tag,
wir vermieten unsere drei Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Mitte. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert worden Anfang 2022. Ist sehr hell, zentral und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Wir gehen für ein paar Wochen ins Ausland und vermieten daher die Wohnung. Wohnung kann flexibel angemietet werden.
Sie hat drei Zimmer ( Küche Bad, Flur, Wohnzimmer Schlafzimmer Arbeitszimmer, und Balkon). und ist daher gut für Paare oder Singles geeignet. Wg ginge für die kurze Zeit auch (einer im Wohnzimmer, eine im Schlafzimmer)
Die lage ist super, direkt in mitte und nähe zu Kreuzberg. Mit dem Fahrrad und ubahn kommt man überall schnell hin. Späti gegenüber, Edeka ebenfalls. Sehr zentral und zugleich sehr ruhig, da Ausblick aufs Wasser. Ihr werdet gar nicht glauben, dass ihr in mitte seid.
Internet etc inklusive. Schnelle Verbindung ist auch vorhanden, Home office möglich dank Arbeitszimmer.
