Hi mein Name ist Mona und ich würde gerne meine Wohnung Vermieten während meiner Auslandsaufenthalte. Meine Wohnung ist geräumig mit 2 Zimmern (auf der Couch kann man auch schlafen...wenn man möchte. Ist aber keine richtige Schlafcouch.) , herzlich, gemütlich, einladend eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Badewanne. Waschmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das alles in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Berlin Mitte. 2 Fahrräder können ebenfalls genutzt werden. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Supermarkt. Sonntags ist ebenfalls vor der Tür der Arkona Flohmarkt und der Sonntags beliebte Mauerpark ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die M10 und U8 sind ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt. Unzählige Restaurants kann man hier entdecken.
Falls man gerne weniger Tage bleiben möchte kann man es Prozentual berechnen.

Edeka-direkt vor der Tür. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U8, M10) 5 Minuten Fußweg. Mauerpark, Arkonaplatz, zahlreiche Restaurants in Fußnähe. Berlin Mitte ist ebenfalls v mir aus sehr leicht zu erreichen. 2 (alte) Fahrräder kann ich zur Wohnung anbieten.

There is a Super market right in front of my door. The most famous U8 is 5 walking minutes away, just as M10 Tram.
Parks, Fleamarkets, the city center a gazillion of great Restaurants all in walking distance.
I also got two (old) bikes that you can use while I am away, which makes it even easier to get around :)
