Die Loggia in den anderen Hinterhof lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine top ausgestattet.
Da ich für ca. 5 Wochen verreise, suche ich nach einem Zwischenmieter, der sich gut um die Wohnung und Pflanzen kümmert und eine tolle Zeit in Berlin verbringen kann. Finale Daten sind verhandelbar.

The apartment is located super centrally in a multi-building complex in close proximity to Friedrichstrasse, Museum Island and the Scheunenviertel. In addition to a cozy bedroom with a view of the green courtyard, the living room offers space for cooking together with friends thanks to the open kitchen and large dining table - also wonderfully suitable for home office sessions - as well as a comfortable couch. The loggia facing the other courtyard invites you for spending lazy Sundays reading and chilling.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
Since I'm going away for about 4 weeks, I'm looking for a subtenant who can take good care of the apartment and plants and have a great time in Berlin. Final dates are negotiable
