Da ich verreise, möchte ich meine Wohnung für die Zeit untervermieten. Die Miete gilt für den gesamten Zeitraum und es kommen keine weitere Kosten hinzu. Sie ist gut geeignet für Singles oder Pärchen :) Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr hell und gerade frisch gestrichen. Ich bin erst vor kurzem eingezogen, daher ist sie noch etwas kahl, aber sie hat alles, was man zum leben braucht :)
Es gibt ein 1,60m Bett, eine Regendusche, eine Badwanne, Waschmaschine, ein TV auf dem man Netflix schauen kann, WLAN und einen Balkon.

As I am traveling, I would like to sublet my apartment for the time being. The rent is for the entire period and there are no additional costs. It is well suited for singles or couples :) The 2-room apartment is very bright and has just been freshly painted. I've only recently moved in, so it's still a bit empty, but it has everything you need to live :)
There is a 1.60m bed, a rain shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, a TV where you can watch Netflix, WiFi and a balcony.
Die Wohnung hat die absolut perfekte Lage, sie ist wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Mauerpark und Prenzlauer Berg entfernt und man braucht nur eine U-Bahn Station zum Rosenthaler Platz.
Sie liegt direkt an der M10, die einen zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in den Prenzlauer Berg bringt.und auch direkt an der U8 - Bernauer Straße, mit der man schnell in Kreuzberg / Neukölln ist und in 2 Stationen am Gesundbrunnen, von wo man aus die Ringbahn und S-Bahn nehmen kann.
Trotzdem ist die Lage relativ ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße gelegen ist und nach hinten raus zur Wiese hin geht. Sie ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass vormittags die Sonne reinscheint.
In 10 Minuten Fußweg gibts einen Lidl und einen Penny, auch ein REWE ist nicht weit weg oder man fährt ins Gesundbrunnen Center, wo es alles weitere gibt.

The apartment has the absolutely perfect location, it is only a few minutes walk from Mauerpark and Prenzlauer Berg and you only need one subway station to Rosenthaler Platz.
It is located directly on the M10, which takes you to the main train station or to Prenzlauer Berg, and also directly on the U8 - Bernauer Straße, which takes you quickly to Kreuzberg / Neukölln and in 2 stops to Gesundbrunnen, from where you can take the Ringbahn and S-Bahn.
Nevertheless, the location is relatively quiet, as the apartment is located in a side street and faces the grass at the back. It faces east, so the sun shines in during the mornings.
There is a Lidl and a Penny within a 10-minute walk, a REWE is also not far away or you can go to the Gesundbrunnen Center, where you can find everything else.
Noch hab ich nicht so viel Deko in der Wohnung, aber es wäre schön, wenn du die drei Pflanzen die ich habe für die Zeit am Leben erhalten könntest :)
