Koppencastle is a beautiful 82 square meter flat with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Here you have everything you’ll need for the perfect stay:
-Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook
-A huge living area with sofa, smart-TV and Bose sound system
-Dining room with space to work if you need
-Bathroom with bath tub and washing machine
-A full or king size bed (depending on which bedroom is opened for you)
Koppencastle is my flat, I rent only when I am away travelling. So you’ll feel right at home with lots of personal touches, plants and design items.
Koppenplatz is in a quiet and protected part of the Mitte (Central) neighbourhood of Berlin. The flat itself overlooks Koppenplatz, a very quiet and small park with beautiful trees. You’ll love sitting on the balcony overlooking the park!
From the flat you can reach public transportation in 5 mins (U8 Rosenthalerplatz), 7 mins (S-Bahn Oranienburger Strasse), 10 mins (S-Bahn Hackeschermarkt) or 12 mins (U6 Oranienburger Tor).
The flat is for maximum two people.
You will be expected to take good care, and water the plants while you stay :)
The building is a quiet one, please don't consider the possibility of having parties or late night gatherings.
A sublet contract will be executed and deposit paid BEFORE moving in.
