Sie ist komplett möbliert und wir machen euch gerne ausreichend Platz für eure Sachen (Kleiderschrank, Lebensmittel, etc.).
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, 1 Bad und 1 Küche mit einem großen Balkon nach Süd-Westen raus.
Das Schlafzimmer (11qm) hat ein Doppelbett (180x200), einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie eine Kommode.
Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung (26qm), mit gemütlicher Couch und OLED-TV. Angrenzend und über eine schöne Flügeltür verbunden ist das ebenfalls geräumige Esszimmer / Arbeitszimmer (21qm). Dort stehen euch neben einem wunderschönen Walnusstisch auch 2 Schreibtische mit Bildschirmen fürs Home Office zur Verfügung.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein und verfügt über eine Duschwanne sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine. Von hier aus geht es auch auf den Balkon, auf dem ihr vielleicht schon etwas Frühling genießen könnt.

Our beautiful 3-room apartment with a large balcony is available for subletting from 25 February - 16 March
It is fully furnished and we will gladly make enough space for your belongings (closet, groceries, etc.).
The apartment has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen with a large balcony facing south-west.
The bedroom (11sqm) has a double bed (180x200), a large closet and a chest of drawers.
The living room is the heart of the apartment (26sqm), with a cozy couch and OLED TV. Adjacent and connected via a beautiful double door is the equally spacious dining room / office (21sqm). In addition to a beautiful walnut table, there are also 2 desks with screens for your remote work.
The bathroom is small but nice and has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. From here you also have access to the balcony, where you can perhaps already enjoy a bit of spring.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Obergeschoss in einem sanierten Altbau mit vielen Familien. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, da das Haus in einer Sackgasse direkt hinter dem Naturkundemuseum liegt.
Zur U6 Naturkundemuseum läuft man ca. 6 Minuten, zur Tram Station Invalidenpark auch. Von hieraus gelangt ihr in null Komma nichts in den Wedding, in den Prenzlauer Berg oder eure andere Lieblingsecke von Berlin. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es gerade mal knapp 15 Gehminuten oder eine Station mit der Tram.
Edeka, Rewe, Bio Company, Lidl, Alnatura, dm, Apotheken, Cafés und Restaurants sind alle in der Nähe.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a renovated old building with many families. Despite the central location, it is very quiet as the building is in a cul-de-sac directly behind the Museum for Natural History.
The U6 Naturkundemuseum is about a 6-minute walk away, as is the Invalidenpark tram station. From here you can get to Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg or your other favorite corner of Berlin in no time at all. It's just a 15-minute walk or one stop on the tram to Berlin main station.
Edeka, Rewe, Bio Company, Lidl, Alnatura, dm, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants are all nearby.
Die Wohnung ist ideal geeignet für Paare (oder sehr enge Freunde).
