Die Wohnung ist ca 78qm groß und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (ein großes und ein kleines), ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fenstern ausgestattet und recht hell. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen sehr großen Balkon der die gesamte länge des großen Schlafzimmers und Wohnzimmer umfasst und besonders im Frühling und Sommer zum Entspannen einlädt.
I am renting out my 3-room attic flat in Berlin Mitte for 2 people. The flat is about 78 square metres and has 2 bedrooms (one large and one small), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms have windows and are very bright. In addition, the flat has a very large balcony that covers the entire length of the large bedroom and living room and invites you to relax, especially in spring and summer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weinbergsweg in Berlin Mitte an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg. Man kommt in unter 5 Minuten zur U8 oder zur Tram (M1/12). In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Restaurants und Bars, sowie genug Grünfläche auch der Mauerpark ist fußläufig entfernt.
The flat is located in Weinbergsweg in Berlin Mitte on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. You can get to the U8 underground line or the tram (M1/12) in under 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, as well as plenty of green spaces and Mauerpark is also within walking distance.

Da einer der Mieter derzeit aus der Wohnung auszieht, ist das kleinere Schlafzimmer relativ leer, bzw. die Matratze ohne Bett vorhanden.
Ein Bett für die Matratze kann jedoch bereitgestellt werden und alles weiter bleibt auch wie auf dem Foto erhalten.
Das größere Schlafzimmer bekommt noch eine große Kommode, die auf dem Foto noch nicht abgebildet ist.
As one of the tenants is currently moving out of the flat, the smaller bedroom is relatively empty and the mattress is without a bed.
However, a bed for the mattress can be provided and everything else will remain as in the photo.
The larger bedroom will also have a large sideboard, which is not yet shown in the photo.
