2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon, großem Flur, teilmöbliert.

Die Küche bleibt wie sie ist, eingerichtet mit Geschirr, Geräten etc. Die Couch, der Kleiderschrank, die Kommode im Schlafzimmer sowie die Nachtschränke bleiben vorerst in der Wohnung.
Das Bettgestell und die Möbel im Wohnzimmer werden ggf. vorher abgeholt. Die Matratzen und Lattenroste würden jedoch drin bleiben. Das kann noch alles weiter besprochen werden.

U Bahn - Heinrich-Heine-Str (ca. 7 Min zu Fuß)
S-Bahn - Jannowitzbrücke (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß)

Alexanderplatz ist zwei Stationen mit der Ubahn von der Wohnung entfernt.

Aldi direkt vor der Tür, Edeka ca. 5 Minuten, Rossmann, Bäcker, DHL, Hermes - alles so gut wie direkt vor der Tür.

Über die Nebenkosten wird keine Abrechnung erstellt.
Kosten sind insgesamt somit 950€ pro Monat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Eine Anmeldung ist für die Zeit nicht möglich.

Momentan bin ich vermehrt bei meinem Partner und wir überlegen, ob ich bei ihm einziehe. Für die Zeit, in der ich nicht wirklich in der Wohnung bin, aber sie trotzdem noch anmiete, suche ich jetzt einen Untermieter. Ich habe noch Sachen in der Wohnung und muss eventuell auch ab und zu nochmal rein ein paar Sachen holen.
