++++ Die Hausverwaltung möchte jemanden, der länger in Deutscland arbeitet (auserhalb die Probe Zeit) und unbedingt eine Bürgschaft von einer Person mit wohnsitz in Deutschland nachweisen kann. +++++ Am besten die Papiere mitbringen +++

Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine sonnige, schöne u zentrale 2 Zim Wohnung ab 1. Juni 2015. Die Wohnung wird aber ab 28 Mai frei. Man hat die Sonne vom Aufgang bis Untergang! Wenn sie scheint :)

Die Wohnung hat ein durchgang-Wohnzimmer mit einem südlichen Balkon mit einem Blick auf den Fernsehturm, ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Fenstern, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster und Durchlauferhitzer, voll-eingerichtete Küche mit eingebauten Schränken und Flur mit eingebauten Schränken.

+++++++Die Wohnung wird möbliert weiter gegeben. Der Abschlag dafür beträgt 1200 Euro. ++++++ Dazu gehört:
Küche:
- Bosch Spülmaschiene 45cm.
- Beko Waschmachine. Noch mit Garantie.
- Bauknecht Kühlschrank Energie Klasse A (vom Vormieter) funktioniert einwandfrei.
- AEG Toaster. / Wasserkocher / Lampe

Wohnzimmer:
- Schlafsofa mit neuem Bezug
- 2 Stühle
- großen Fernsehtisch/Kommode
- Stehlampe. / Bamboo Sessel / Klein Ikea weiß Tisch

Schlafzimmer:
- Kommode mit rollen
- 2 Schränkchen
- Stehlampe (alt).
-(Auf Wunsch 200 x 180cm Bett mit 7 Zonen 2 Lattenrost und fast neuer Matratze für 500€)

Badezimmer:
- Neuer Wasserhahn in der Spüle
- Duschvorhangstange und Vorhänge
- Alle verbingungen zu den Maschienen

Wer die Wohnung übernimmt muss den Internetvertrag übernehmen. Er kostet 24,95€/Monat mit Flatrate internet und Flatrate telefonieren ins dt. Festnetz. Den Vertrag könnte im August gekündigt werden zu Ende November. (Wenn gewollt, obwohl der Preis sehr gut für die Leistungen ist)

Die Miete beträgt 529€/Monat. Kaution 3 Monate.

Die Räume sind groß und schön. Ich habe hier gerne gewohnt! Sie ist rühig und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett! Geeignet auch für ein Pärchen! Wir sind Nichtraucher und hatten keine Tiere!

I am searching for a "Nachmieter" someone to take over my sunny, nice and central located 2 rooms flat starting 1. June 2015. The flat will be free from 28 of May 2015.

The flat is sunny the whole day long, from the sunrise till sunset. It consists of a living room with a sunny southern balcony with a great view till the Television tower in Alex., a bed room with 2 windows, a bathroom with a bathtub and a big window and water heater, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in cupboards and a corridor with built-in closets.

+++++The flat will be given furnished for 1200 €. +++++++This includes the following:
Kitchen:
- Bosch Dishwasher 45cm.
- Beko Washing machine. Still in Guarantee
- Bauknecht Fridge Energy Class A (from previous renter) functions perfectly.
- AEG Toaster. / Boiler / Lamp

Living room:
- Sleeping sofa with new Ikea cover
- 2 Chairs
- Big TV table.
- Standing lamp.
- Bamboo Chair
- small Ikea white table

Bedroom:
- Commode
- 2 medium closets
- Standing lamp (old).
- ( If you wish you can buy also a 200 x 180cm Bed with two 7 Zones slatted base and an almost new Matters for 500€)

Bathroom:
- New Armature for the sink
- Shower curtain and rod
- all conections to the machines

If you take the apartment, you have to take over the internet contract. It costs 24,95€/Month with a flat rate internet and flat rate to call german land-line Telephones included. You can cancel it in August to end at the end of November. (If you want)

The rent is 529€/Month. Deposit of 3 months.

It is a very nice apartment. I have enjoyed it very much. Very nice neighbors. It is also suitable for a young couple. We are non-smokers and had no pets.
