Wunderschöne möblierte Zweizimmerwohnung in Berlin-Mitte

Ich gehe ab September für ein zweijähriges Masterstudium in eine andere Stadt und
suche für diese Zeit einen Zwischenmieter für
meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in der
Schlegelstraße. MINDESTMIETDAUER IST BIS AUGUST 2015!!
Die helle Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und
auch Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Internet/
WLAN etc. sind vorhanden. Park, Schwimmbad,
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn
(Naturkundemuseum)/S-Bahn(Nordbahnhof)/
Tram/Bus sind in weniger als 5min zu Fuß zu
erreichen. Auch zur Charité, zur HU und zum
Hedwigs-Krankenhaus ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, aber sehr ruhig.
 
Die Fotos sind schon etwas älter, aber die Wohnung ist fast noch genauso eingerichtet - momentan ist die Wohnung noch voller Umzugskartons und dadurch nicht sonderlich fotogen! :)

I have to leave Berlin for a two year Master's degree. For this time, I am looking for a tenant for my gorgeous two-bedroom flat in Berlin-
Mitte near Friedrichstraße. Please note: THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF TENANCY IS UNTIL AUGUST 2015.
The flat in a refurbished turn-of-the-century
house is fully furnished and is equipped with a
washing machine, dishwasher, broadband etc.
A park, a public swimming pool, supermarkets,
Underground (Naturkundemuseum), S-Bahn
(Nordbahnhof), Tram and Bus are all less than
5mins. walk away. The Charité, the Humboldt-
Univ. and the St. Hedwigs-Krankenhaus are
also within walking distance.

The flat is pretty much as central as it gets in Berlin, but in a very quiet street.

The pictures of the flat are a few months old - but the flat looks pretty much still the same. I just can't take any pics right now since there are still moving boxes everywhere. :)
