es gibt keine Durchgangszimmer sondern alle Räume gehen vom Flur separat ab. Alle Räume haben Fenster und davor stehen Bäume vom sehr begrünten Innenhof
Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und man wohnt sehr ruhig.
Größe der Räume: 20m2, 18m2, 12m2
Das Bad und das 20m2- Zimmer sind schönheitsrepariert.
die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Bei Bedarf kann die Küche übernommen werden (auch der Kühlschrank (forfree!)
die Türen der Räume sind aus Milchglas.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr freundlich. Die Treppenreinigung ist im Mietpreis enthalten
Fahrradraum und Keller sind trocken
die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Arkonaplatz
hier ist es ruhig und wenn man Krachmöchte dann dauert es ca 8 min fussmarsch und man ist auf der Kastanienallee vorbei an der schönen Zionskirche.
Der Mauerpark ist 5 min entfernt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, TRam10 und U8 sind in 5 min Fussweg zu erreichen. Nach Kreuzberg braucht man Ca 20 min
zum Alex 5 min
Hier sind Schulen Kitas und cafe´s. Sehr grün.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen finden Montag (22.10.) ab 18 Uhr statt oder nach tel. Absprache sind sie auch an anderen Tagen möglich.
