Hi,
I will be on vacation during february, so my apartment can be a home for another cat lover from February 1st onwards untill March 1st, 2020.
I am a very clean and tidy person, so I do look for someone who has also really high standards and is experienced in sharing an apartment in a respectful way :-)
My two cats will be taken care of: my neighbour is my experienced cat sitter who also does vacuum cleaning one time per week. She will come by 2 times per day for feeding / litter box.
The bathroom has bathtub including shower and is newly renovated.
There is only one bedroom, and I can only accept people who do not plan to use the living room as a bedroom.
Rosenthaler Platz is just a minute-walk away with a lot of bars and restaurants from cheap to pricey, several small parks, galleries.... in my opinion the best kiez in town!!!
Just write me a nice e-mail about you and the reasons why you are in Berlin.
p.s: musicians would be not allowed to practise in the house and Anmeldung is not possible; and children are not the best friends of my cats :-(
Die Lage ist schlicht und einfach großartig, man ist in 2 Minuten am Rosenthaler Platz, Rewe ist 5 Minuten entfernt, und der Weinbergspark ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Gegenüber ist die sehr entspannte und internationale Muschi Obermeyer Bar, es gibt unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Nähe und kaum einen Grund, mal die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Weil ja alles hier ist. Ansonsten: Am Rosenthaler Platz fahren Trams, Busse und die U8, und S Oranienburger Tor ist auch nicht weit...
