Wir suchen zum 15 August und für mindestens ein Jahr einen Untermieter für unsere ruhige und helle Wohnung in Mitte.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (Aufzug ist Vorhanden) und hat eine ca. 1,8x1,8 m große Terrasse auf der Südseite mit Blick in Richtung Fernsehturm. Die Rückseite der Wohnung hat gefühlten Blick bis zum Horizont in Richtung Nord-West. Da es sich um ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoß handelt ist die Deckenhöhe um die 2,30m, also kein richtiger Altbau. Das Haus wird von kinderfreundlichen ruhigen Familien bewohnt.
Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine Einbauküche und ausser unserer Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine wird die Wohnung unmöbliert vermietet.

We are subletting our beautiful 2-Room flat in Berlin-Mitte for one year starting on August 15th. There are chances to keep the apartment after that.
The flat is located in the top floor (with elevator) and has a nice 1.8m x1.8m terrace on its southern sunny side. Due to windows on both sides of the building it can easily be ventilated in summer.
The flat is NOT furnished, but the kitchen includes the oven, sink, dishwasher, shelves and racks, and a washing machine.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen können besser nicht sein. S-Bahn Nordbahnhof ist nur einige Meter entfernt, Rosenthaler Platz ist auch ums Eck und der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 4 Busstationen weiter. 2xREWE und Edeka befinden sich im 100m. Radius. Die Torstrasse mit ihren Cafés, Bars und Restaurants ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
ENGLISH:
The flat is very good connected to the public transport system. It’s only a 5 min. walk to SBahn Nordbahnhof, and about 10 min. to U-Bahn Rosenthaler Platz.
2 Supermarkets (Rewe and Edeka) are right around the corner. A very rich culinary and party offer is available at Torstrasse.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit auf Übernahme der Wohnung nach Ablauf der Untermiete.
