Ich suche für meine schöne, sehr helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung einen/eine Nachmieter/in. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne zum 15.8 oder 1.9.13 weitervermieten.
Meine Wohnung hat 2 gut geschnittene Zimmer (ca. 14qm and 18qm), ein helles Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne und eine relativ große Küche, in die problemlos ein Eßtisch paßt. Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche gehen nach Osten und das Wohnzimmen mit einem großen Balkon nach Westen, sodass man den ganzen Tag über Sonne hat.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Mitte in der Nähe vom Rosenthaler Platz. Kastanienalle und Hackescher Markt sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Nord-Süd Achse der S-Bahn ist am nächsten, aber auch U6 und U8 sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
