Ich suche für den Sommer einen verantwortungsvollen Zwischenmieter für mein kleines Mitte-Refugium in einer der hübschesten Straßen Berlins. Im Hinterhof hört man kaum mehr als das Zwitschern der Vögel oder hin und wieder ein Gratiskonzert aus dem benachbarten Musikgymnasium.
Eventuell kann der Zeitraum noch bis etwa Mitte September verlängert werden; vergeben wird die Wohnung nur an eine Einzelperson.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein winziges innenliegendes Duschbad, eine voll ausgestattete kleine Küche und ein ca 20qm großes Zimmer, das nach Bedarf ausgestattet werden kann. Das Bett, das ich zur Verfügung stellen kann, ist 140x200cm groß.
Monatsmiete 500 Euro glatt inkl. Nebenkosten und Festnetzanschluss mit Deutschland-Flatrate und WLAN, Kaution in Höhe von 1 Monatsmiete.
Top-Lage in Mitte: Einkaufs-, Ausgeh-, Sightseeing-, Verkehrs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, nichts ist weiter als 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
