Schicke 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg

Die Anbindung zwei Fußminuten von der U2 (eine Station vom Alexanderplatz), der U8 (5 Fußminuten) und der Tramlinie M8 könnte besser nicht sein. Die Torstraße ist bekannt für die vielen Bars und Cafés, der Supermarkt ist nicht weit, ein Spätkauf ist sogar gleich im Haus. Die Wohnung selbst ist trotz der vielbefahrenen Torstraße ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, man bekommt von der Straße nachts also gar nichts mit.

Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich für den Zeitraum auf 800 Euro.

The short english version:

While I'm travelling abroad for I'm having my flat for rent. The apartment is furnished and has everything you'll need including fast 50 MBit Wifi, a washing machine and a small balcony. You'll be right in the heart of the city right next to Mittes Restaurants, Shops and Boutiques at Alte Schönhauser Straße. On the other side of the road you'll find the popular Prenzlauer Berg with all it's nice cafes and bars. To the subway U2 and the tram M8 it's a 2 minute walk and you can get to the U8 at Rosenthaler Platz in 5 minutes walking.

The price is 800 for the whole time everything included.
