ich möchte meine Wohnung für drei Monate untervermieten: 1. April - 25 Juni 2014.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ist voll möbliert, mit Badewanne, großer sonniger Dachterasse, Ost-Süd-Ausrichtung (also sehr sonnig, eine voll ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine und natürlich Internet.
Sie liegt direkt am Kanal mit kurzem Fußweg zum See, 3min zur U9, 5min zur U6 und zur Ring S-Bahn und ein Bus um die Ecke zum Hauptbahnhof. Zentrum Ost (Friedrichstraße/Alex) sind innerhalb von 15min erreichbar, der Zoologische Garten innerhalb von 10min. Der Fahrradweg in die Stadt führt entlang einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone entlang des Flusses.
Die Wohnung ist idealer Weise für eine Person, Nichtraucher, berufstätig und mit gesichertem Einkommen.
