Hey, I'm searching for a new WG-roommate, because one of the rooms in my 2-room apartement just got available. the free room has cozy 15 sqauremeters, full furniture (bed, closet, an old -beautiful- desk) and is just waiting desperately for someone to pay for it! wow!
For my part, I'm going abroad a few months from october - Jan 2015, so another person will take over my room during that period.
Also my idea was more like to sublet the room to you till february, so it would be actually ideal for someone waiting for the right WG with friends (which is -as i heard - really important for happiness, comfort etc.) But nothing is so determined so far, and if we'd get very great along together, you could stay in the room even after february ;)

Ich suche eineN neueN MitbewohnerIn in meiner 2er WG, das Zimmer ist 15 qm2 groß, voll möbeliert - ich selbst werde von Oktober bis Januar abroad sein und da wird eine andere Person mein Zimmer erstmal übernehmen. Auch ist *dein Zimmer zunächst einmal bis zum 1.2.2015 zu zwischen zu vermieten, d.h. perfekt für jmd der nach der *perfekten WG mit "den richtigen" Leuten finden ausschau hält, aber dennoch ein Dach über dem Kopf benötigt. Allerdings steht diesbezüglich noch überhaupt nichts fest.
Die Wohnung liegt im Bezirk Moabit, 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn und dem TXL-Bus (Hauptbahnhof - Alexanderplatz) entfernt, somit ideale Lage um bequem von hier aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Es ist zudem auf der naheliegenden Turmstraße eine Einkaufsmeile mit vielen (Lebensmittel-)geschäften und Restaurants geboten, der Q-damm, Brandenburger Tor und Hauptbahnhof sind von hier aus in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, Kreuzberg in 20 min.
Die Kaution ist 600 Euro. Geraucht werden darf in der Küche, oder bei offenem Fenster, Haustiere sind erlaubt (obwohl ich selbst keine habe), die Nachbarn sind insgesamt freundlich, allerdings sollte man nach 22 h die Musik nicht allzu laut aufdrehen. Ansonsten, gesucht sind freundliche, interessante blabla Menschen
