Mein Freund und ich wollen unsere frisch sanierte Altbau-Wohnung in bester Lage für einen Monat möbliert vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß und besteht aus zwei gleich großen Zimmern, die jeweils ca. 20 qm groß sind und durch den langen Flur miteinander verbunden sind. Das hintere Zimmer dient als Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zusätzlich ist genügend Stauraum für Kleidung etc. von zwei Personen gegeben. Das Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden bei Film (3D Fernseher, Apple TV, Nintendo 64), Büchern oder einem Glas Wein ein. Beide Zimmer verfügen über einen großen Schreibtisch. Außerdem ist eine industrielle Nähmaschine vorhanden, die genutzt werden kann.
Die große Küche mit ausziehbarem Esstisch bietet genug Platz für gemütliche Kochabende.
Das etwas kleinere Bad ist frisch saniert und verfügt über eine Badewanne.

My boyfriend and I want to sublet our beautiful furnished flat which is located in Mitte at Rosenthaler Platz.
The flat is 70 square meters and is divided in two equal big rooms. Each of them are around 20 square meters big.
The room in the back is our bedroom which is equipped with a double bed and enough storage space for two people.
The cosy living room is a great place for watching a film (3D television, Apple TV, Nintendo 64), reading books or just lounging around.
Both rooms provide a desk for working.
The big kitchen with an extendible table offers enough space for cooking and the slightly small bathroom provides a bathtub.
Die Wohnung in bester Lage im Bezirk Mitte befindet sich direkt am U Rosenthaler Platz (3 min. zu Fuß)
Direkt an der beliebten Torstraße befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und weitere Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich zum Beispiel das bekannte "Muschi Obermaier" oder das Kulturzentrum Ackerstadtpalast. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Spätkauf) sind 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Weitere beliebte Spots wie Weinmeisterstraße, Hackescher Markt, Oranienburger Str. und Friedrichstraße befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Mauerpark sowie die Eberswalder Straße sind schnell zu erreichen.
Die U-Bahnlinie 8, sowie die Tram (M1, M12, M8) befinden sich am Rosenthaler Platz, die S1, S2 und S25 liegen am Nordbahnhof (10 min Fußweg) und die U6 liegt am Oranieburger Tor (10 min Fußweg).

You can find loads of restaurant, cafés, bars and numerous possibilities for going-out.
On the opposite side of the street you can find the popular bar "Muschi Obermaier".
Various shops for daily needs and groceries (REWE, Spätkauf), you can find nearby (3 min. walking)
Further hot spots in Berlin are close to the flat by walking, such as Weinmeisterstraße, Hackescher Markt, Oranienburger Str. and Friedrichstraße. Also the popular Mauerpark and Eberswalder Straße can be reached quickly.
The U-Bahn (U8) as well as Tram (M1, M12, M8) are at Rosenthaler Platz, the S1, S2 and S25 are at Nordbahnhof (10 min. walking) and the U6 is at Oranienburger Tor (10 min. walking).
Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für zwei Personen, die ein Pärchen sind oder keine Probleme haben sich ein Bett zu teilen. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und in den Mietkosten ist alles inklusive (Internet, Strom etc.)
Ist jedoch ein weiteres Bett erwünscht, könnt ihr mir das gerne mitteilen und falls ihr bezüglich des Mietzeitraums sind wir flexibel und finden sicherlich eine Lösung.
