Hallo,
ich möchte meine wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung mit Diele vergeben.
Meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) ist liegt in ruhiger, jedoch zentraler Lage.
Ausstattung:
Meine Wohnung ist voll möbiliert.
Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Flatscreen-TV mit Bluray-Player, Klavier, ausziehbare Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch sowie Esstisch. Die Küche ist ebenfalls vollkommen ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlsschrank etc. Internet, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten. Das Bad ist saniert und insgesamt ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Lage: Die Wohnung liegt 5 Schritte vom Gleisdreieck Park entfernt und man braucht nur 10min zu Fuß zum Potsdamer Platz. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung zwischen zwei Ubahn Stationen(Kurfürstenstr. u Bülowstr). Somit ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten überall erreichbar. Mit den Bussen M85 und M48 braucht man nur 7 Min zum Brandenburger Tor. An der Kreuzung findet man die Postbank, Rewe und Rossman. Die Wohnung ist so zentral, dass man überall fast nur in 30min hinkommt. Für alle Medizinstudenten ist sie perfekt, weil sie mittig zu allen drei Campi liegen und man ziemlich direkt jeweils fahren (M85 CCM/CBF direkt).
